Just When......

Just when it's time for bonus
I suddenly become useless
Just when I was settling down
I was told I needn't be around

Since when being a male is a minus?
Can't man shower the same kindness?
Since when teaching become so bias?
Can't guy inspire the same fire?

Too bad it has to end so sudden
Would have loved to help lessen the burden
Too bad things didn't turn out as desire
Would have loved to stay for a few more years

Need to move on and not stay put
Got to start looking for new input
Need to look ahead and not look back
Got to be ready for my next comeback
